Ashleigh Browne

Ashleigh Browne is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the aerospace and motorcycle industries. At Norton Motorcycles, Ashleigh serves as the Quality Manager for New Product Development, overseeing quality during the development and launch of new models, and previously held the title of Quality Manager focusing on shop floor quality and departmental improvements. Prior experience includes roles at AE Aerospace Ltd. where Ashleigh managed the Quality Management System and led a team to maintain AS9100 Rev D certification, as well as positions at AP Racing, GE Aviation, and other companies where expertise in metrology, inspection, and CMM programming was developed. Ashleigh holds an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Sutton Coldfield College and has been instrumental in implementing quality tools and processes throughout various projects.
