Deana Hight

Deana Hight is an experienced educator in the field of art history and literature, currently serving as a Lecturer at Art Muse Los Angeles since February 2013 and as a Professor at both Los Angeles Valley College and Mt. San Antonio College since 2010. Hight has also held the role of Museum Educator at the Norton Simon Museum since January 2008 and previously served as President of the Art Historians of Southern California from 2009 to 2014. Additional experience includes event coordination as Chairperson for the Archaeological Institute of America (2010-2012) and earlier positions as a Gallery Educator at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and Adjunct Faculty at several colleges. Hight holds a B.A. in English Literature & Composition from UCLA and a Master's degree in Art History from California State University.
