Mikka Conway

Mikka Conway currently serves as General Counsel at Norton Simon Museum since June 2025, focusing on general corporate counsel and strategic planning. Previously, Mikka held roles as Senior Counsel at ArtConverge for a brief period in 2025 and operated as a self-employed consultant specializing in strategic planning for nonprofits from April 2024 to April 2025. Mikka's notable tenure at the National Gallery of Art, from September 2020 to April 2024, included positions as Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Officer and EEO Director, emphasizing labor and employment law. Mikka also worked as Associate General Counsel at J. Paul Getty Trust from July 2014 to September 2020, dealing with contract law and legal document preparation. Mikka holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and completed the Museum Leadership Institute program in 2004.
