Dan Friesen

Dan Friesen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance Manager for Norway House Cree Nation since July 2018. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Junior Divisional Controller at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for multiple production plants and distribution centers, as well as preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements and budgets. Dan's earlier experience includes roles as a US Regional Accountant with Boyd Auto Group, Accounting Clerk with FLOFORM Countertops, and Accounting Assistant at Provista Agriculture, where a diverse skill set in accounting, reporting, and financial management was developed. Dan holds a Business Administration - Accounting Diploma from RRC Polytech and has a strong foundational education from River East Collegiate.
