Drought School is the only school in the Norway J7 School District (not a part of the Racine Unified School District). The district is 9 square miles wide, and Drought School is located on the corners of Highway 45 and 7 Mile Road in Franksville, Wisconsin. 

Drought School instructs Kindergarten through 8th grade, and also offers a 4 Year Old Kindergarten program all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

School hours are 7:35 A.M. - 2:35 P.M.  Lunch is served at 10:45 a.m. for the lower grade students (K-4th) and again at 11:30 a.m. for the upper grade students (5th-8th).  Hot lunch is offered daily by Taher, Inc. 

Drought School offers extra-curricular activities for the 5th - 8th grades such as softball, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, and track & field.
