Rico Meneghini

K-8 Principal, Title I, Transportation, And Community Schools Coordinator at Norway Vulcan Area Schools

Rico Meneghini has extensive work experience in the education sector. Rico started their career at Alpena Public Schools in 2000, where they served as an Elementary Physical Education and Health teacher until 2001. From 2001 to 2017, they worked at Norway-Vulcan Area Schools, teaching Physical Education and Health to students in grades 7-12. In 2017, they transitioned into a leadership role as the K-8 Principal, Title I, Transportation, and Community Schools Coordinator at Norway Vulcan Area Schools.

Rico Meneghini holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Michigan University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2010. Rico previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the same university from 1998 to 2000. Rico also has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Michigan State University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued further professional enhancement at the Michigan Association of Superintendents and Administrators in the field of Central Office Enhancement.
