Brett Berman

Brett Berman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in claims and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Claims & Litigation at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since April 2014, Brett has previously held positions as a Lawyer at Simon Reed & Salazar, P.A. and Senior Attorney at Diaz Briscoe Medina. Prior to these roles, Brett practiced as an Attorney at Foreman Friedman from 2009 to 2012. Academically, Brett earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law, complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.
