Deborah Arrastia

Deborah Arrastia is a seasoned professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Finance at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Previously, Deborah held various positions at NCLH, including Senior Director and Director of Compensation & Talent Acquisition. Deborah's experience also includes a role as Compensation Analyst at Interval International and Human Resources Manager at Providence Healthcare Services. Additionally, Deborah worked as a Human Resources Specialist at both Visa and AT&T Corporation. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
