Luca Vecchione

Luca Vecchione is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in technical operations and ship management. Currently serving as Sr Director of Technical Operations and Superintendent at Norwegian Cruise Line since October 2016, Luca has previously held positions at Carnival Cruise Line, including Ship Manager and Assistant Ship Manager, from July 2013 to October 2016, and worked as an Engineer from February 2006 to February 2013. Early career experience includes roles as Cadet Engineer at Costa Container Lines and MSC Mediterranean Shipping Co. S.A. Luca's educational background includes a degree in Ship Superintendency from North West Kent College/Lloyds Maritime Academy and a diploma in Commercial Ships Engineering Management from I.T.N.S. Giorgio.
