Currently serving as Vice President of Hotel Operations for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since January 2017, Steph has held multiple roles within the company, including Vice President of Hotel Operations for Norwegian Cruise Line. Prior experience includes a tenure at Regent Seven Seas Cruises from July 2005 to December 2016, where Steph progressed through key positions such as Senior Director of Hotel Operations, Director of Hotel Operations, and General Manager/Hotel Director.
