Charbel Toulani

Charbel Toulani is an experienced professional in finance and compliance, currently serving as the Compliance and Risk Coordinator and Acting Emergency Response Manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council since April 2023. Prior to this role, Charbel worked with Save The Children International Lebanon from July 2015 to March 2023, holding various positions including Finance Coordinator, Acting Risk and Compliance Manager, Finance Officer, and Finance Assistant, along with a temporary deployment as Finance Coordinator for Partnerships in September to November 2022. Charbel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame University - Louaize, completed in 2018.
