Fabrice Ruhamya Muhamiriza

Fabrice Ruhamya Muhamiriza is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (M&E) with a strong background in humanitarian contexts. Currently serving as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Team Leader and Global Output Outcome Reporting at the Norwegian Refugee Council since December 2019, Fabrice has consistently ensured adherence to NRC policies while providing training to M&E focal points for effective data management. Previous roles include serving as a Monitoring Evaluation Specialist at International Medical Corps, where responsibilities involved supporting M&E planning and ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and as a Congolese Humanitarian Analysis Team Officer at Mercy Corps, conducting needs assessments in response to crises. Fabrice holds a Master's degree in Analysis and Software Programming from Institut Supérieur d'Informatique et de Gestion.
