Louie John Aguila

Louie John Aguila has extensive experience in e-learning and instructional design within the humanitarian sector and corporate environments. Currently serving as an E-Learning Specialist Adviser at the Norwegian Refugee Council since July 2019, expertise includes the operationalization of learning and innovation initiatives. Prior to this role, Louie John worked as the Learning Solutions Head at the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, where responsibilities included strategic planning and delivery of learning outputs. Previous positions at Smart Communications, Inc. and Convergys involved consulting, project management, and curriculum design, focusing on data-driven learning solutions and performance interventions. Louie John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines, earned in 2010.
