John Gu

John is a member of Norwest’s growth equity team where he is focused on enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies.

Prior to joining Norwest, John was a Principal at Spring Mountain Capital where he helped lead investments across a variety of enterprise software and digital health companies. Prior to that, he was a Growth Equity Analyst at HealthCor Partners where he was involved in investments across the healthcare sector.

John graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters and a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in economics.
