Lauren Heller

Lauren comes to Norwest with seven years of talent strategy experience. As Vice President of Talent, under the umbrella of Portfolio Services, Lauren works closely with Norwest’s healthcare partners and their portfolio companies.

Before joining Norwest, Lauren was Chief of Staff to the CEO of Caremore Health, an integrated healthcare delivery system leading transformative healthcare in America. Previously she was a Director at Oxeon Partners in New York, a boutique executive search firm, where she partnered with innovative, early-stage healthcare IT and services clients to build high-performing executive teams. Lauren spent the early part of her career in psychiatric research at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, working on studies spanning genetics, psychopharmacology, neuroimaging, and behavioral treatment trials.

Lauren holds a bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in psychology from Union College and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Temple University’s Clinical Ph.D. program.
