Lia Hanson

Lia joined Norwest in 2022 as Sr. Director of Events. In this role, she leads Norwest’s event strategy and creates new opportunities to strengthen their community.

Lia has a bevy of marketing, demand gen, and events experience. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing at Ripcord where she oversaw events, among other functions. Prior to that, she was at Demandbase and Frog Design.

Lia holds an MBA in business administration and management from the University at Albany, SUNY. She also holds a bachelor of arts in communication from the University of St. Thomas.
