Sara Warren

Sara Warren, SPHR has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sara is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Norwex USA since March 2021. Prior to this, they held positions such as Sr. Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Norwex USA from 2019 to 2021 and from 2016 to 2019 respectively. Sara also worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company from 2013 to 2016.

Before joining Norwex USA, Sara worked as an HR Director at United States Bowling Congress from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Sonitrol Corporation from 2005 to 2008, where they were responsible for various HR activities including HR initiatives, employee relations, training, recruitment, and general HR functions. Sara started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at HealthSouth from 2002 to 2005.

Sara Warren, SPHR, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organization Development and Sports and Entertainment Management from The University of Dallas, completed from 2002 to 2005. Sara also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Sara has two certifications: SHRM-SCP from SHRM Certification obtained in December 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2005.
