Akshata Dengle

Akshata Dengle is the current Manager of HR at Norwin Technologies. Akshata has previous experience working as a Manager of HRD and Administration at AccSource KPO Private Limited from April 2014 to February 2019. In this role, Akshata was responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR and Admin along with administration of Practice Management Tool.

Before AccSource KPO Private Limited, Akshata worked as a Manager of HRD and Administration Cum MR- ISO at Magnamious Systems Pvt. Ltd. from January 2013 to January 2014. At Magnamious Systems, Akshata was responsible for end to end HR activities of the Company, including branches in Pune and Goa. Akshata was also certified as Management Representative for ISO Audit (9001:2008 Quality Management System) and successfully completed re certification Audit for 2014.

Akshata Dengle is a graduate of Bhavans College, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management.

Akshata Dengle reports to Nick Giandomenico, President & CEO. They are on a team with Dheeraj Nayyar - VP, Key Accounts & Operations, Marc Libeskind - Practice Delivery Manager, and Rick Russell - VP, Global Professional Services.
