Zach Nichols is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service and management roles. Currently serving as an Ala Carte Waiter at Norwood Hills Country Club since May 2019, Zach is responsible for event setup, food and drink service, and cleanup, as well as training new staff. Previously, Zach managed the household for the Owens Family, overseeing the needs of two young children while supporting two professional parents from February 2017 to August 2020. Zach also worked as an Orientation Leader at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, conducting tours and presentations for new students, and had experience as a General Laborer at Midwest Products and Engineering, handling physical tasks such as loading and packing products. Zach holds Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, completed from 2015 to 2020.

Norwood Hills Country Club was founded in 1922 as North Hills Country Club and has proven to be a staple in St Louis Golf. Norwood Hills has hosted many prestigious golf events over the years, including the 1948 PGA Championship (won by Ben Hogan), The St Louis Open in 1972 and 1973, along with numerous USGA and MWGA events.
