Jennifer Kleinwaechter (Zanow)

Jennifer (Zanow) Kleinwaechter has a solid background in the fields of regulatory and compliance, quality management, and engineering. Jennifer (Zanow) currently holds the role of Vice President of Regulatory and Compliance at Norwood Medical, where they have been working since January 2023. Prior to this position, Jennifer was the Regulatory and Compliance Manager at the same company from March 2017 onwards. Jennifer (Zanow) also served as the Quality Manager from February 2014 to March 2017, and as a Senior Quality Engineer from August 2008 to February 2014.

Before joining Norwood Medical, Jennifer worked at Delphi for a substantial period of time. Their roles at Delphi include Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from January 1995 to July 2008, Engineer from 1986 to 2008, Senior Manufacturing Engineer from August 2006 to January 2007, Production Supervisor from September 1993 to January 1995, and Manufacturing Engineer from July 1991 to September 1993.

Jennifer (Zanow) Kleinwaechter pursued their education from 1986 to 1991 at Kettering University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSMSE) degree. Continuing their educational journey, they attended the University of Dayton from 1993 to 1997, specializing in Management Science and earning their Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering.
