Mark Forrester

Mark Forrester is an experienced Support Worker at Norwood, since February 2012, specializing in the wellbeing and independence of adults with learning disabilities. Prior to this role, Mark had a long tenure at Yell Group from July 1984 to December 2010, where responsibilities included establishing a strategic approach for Supplier Management as IT Supplier Performance Manager, transforming team operations in desktop support as Information Centre Manager, overseeing IT infrastructure projects as Infrastructure Project Manager, and facilitating the introduction of computing systems as Project Engineer. Additionally, Mark has volunteered at the Karten CTEC Centre, contributing to computer-aided training and education efforts.
