Natalie Burger

Natalie Burger is an experienced professional in community engagement and programming, currently serving as Head of Community Engagement at Norwood since June 2020. Prior to this role, Natalie held the position of Head of Community Programming at JW3 London from May 2019 to May 2020 and contributed to visitor evaluations at The Royal Air Force Museum in late 2018. Natalie has extensive experience at Jewish Care, where roles included Community Centre Manager and several others focused on service marketing, fundraising, and team management from December 2003 to January 2019. Notable achievements include implementing a customer service change management project that doubled client attendance and effectively leading a large volunteer and staff team. Natalie's educational background includes a BA Hons in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University, as well as A Levels from Seevic College in Business, Media, and Accountancy.
