Ana Carvalho has extensive experience in data analytics, operations, and quality of service within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Business Data Analyst at NOS SGPS since May 2014, Ana has successfully led a data analytics team, created reporting tools for executive decision-making, and developed actionable insights to enhance performance. Previous roles include Network Performance & Operations Analyst and User Experience Analyst at NOS SGPS, and VoIP Quality of Service Manager at ZON TVCABO, where Ana improved service quality through detailed analyses and automated monitoring systems. Ana began a career in service management at PT Multimedia as a Service Level Manager, implementing ITIL-based practices. Ana holds a Master's degree in Engenharia Electrotécnica e de Computadores - Telecomunicações from Instituto Superior Técnico.
