Kunle Babalola

Kunle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 20 years from the Energy and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. He graduated from The Polytechnics Ibadan with HND in 1995 and Federal University of Technology Akure with PGD both in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He is a member of ISEE and a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.

He started his career as a Trainee Engineer with PHCN Power generation, Jebba dam in 1996 and later joined Cadbury Nigeria Plc, as Management Trainee in 1997, where he spent about 19 years across various Manufacturing and Supply chain function.

An astute Energy-saving expert, he led the team that installed and commissioned the first HV Royce Rolls gas generating set in Nigeria in December 2010, which led to huge savings on energy cost and this feat earned his team various Merit Awards.

He joined Nosak Farm Produce Limited as Head of Operations in 2016 and was later appointed in 2020 as the Acting Managing Director. In his new role, he will oversee and drive operational excellence in the subsidiary.

Over the years, Kunle has made a substantial contribution to the overall success of the business, by demonstrating great leadership skills and influencing team results in many ways, through attitude, drive, enthusiasm, expertise, and his sense of humor.
