Simon's previous roles include Managing Director at Andros Barker's Australia, Founder and Director of AccessAsia Pty Ltd, and various positions in sales and marketing at Parmalat Australia, HJ Heinz, Paterson Consulting Pty Ltd, Kraft Foods, and The Smiths Snackfood Company. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology.
