Aakash Kapur has a long and varied work experience. Their career began in 2012 with Chartis Insurance (AIG) where they worked as a Catastrophe Modeling Analyst. In 2013, they moved to UBS Wealth Management as an Asset & Settlement Services Analyst. In 2014, they worked as a Portfolio Specialist (Co-op) - Global Active Equities at State Street Global Advisors. In 2015, they joined RBC Global Asset Management where they held various roles such as Institutional Business Development - Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate. During their time at RBC, they were recognised as a key contributor and received several awards and promotions. In 2020, they left RBC to pursue a full-time MBA and worked as a Content Creator & Podcast Host at What's the Problem? and as an MBA Summer Associate at Paladin Capital Group. Currently, they are working as the Head of Business Development (Enterprise ESG) at Nossa Data and as Sales Enablement at Dataiku.

Aakash Kapur has a diverse educational background. In 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Northeastern University in Finance, Marketing, and International Affairs from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business.
