Hilary N. has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. They most recently worked as the Global Head of Customer Success at Nosto since April 2022. Prior to that, Hilary held positions as the Director of Partner Relations at Holler from March 2021 to April 2022, the Director of Customer Success at BrandVerge from April 2020 to March 2021, and the Director of Account Management at OpenAsset from September 2019 to March 2020. Hilary N. attended the University of Oregon from 2008 to 2010, where they studied German Language and Literature. Hilary did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the field of commerce and marketing. In July 2022, they received the "Commerce Experience Expert" certification from Nosto. In June 2020, they obtained certifications in "Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization" as well as "Strategic Partnerships" from LinkedIn.
