Tirra Birchmier

Tirra Birchmier has extensive experience in customer success and communications, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for the UK & Nordics at Nosto since October 2021. Prior roles at Nosto include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager for the same region. Tirra's background includes a role as Customer Success Manager at EMG – Education Media Group from September 2017 to September 2021, along with positions such as Marketing & Communications Assistant and Digital Content Editor Intern. Prior to that, Tirra worked as a Central Reservations Agent at Stoney Creek Hotels and held various internships in public relations and social media at Iowa State University Study Abroad Center and All The Rage. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and International Studies from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
