Ann McManus

Ann McManus is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Nostra since October 2024, McManus previously held the position of Vice President of People at TrueAero from August 2021 to September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director and HR Manager at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (2017-2021), and HR Manager at AWAS (2007-2017), where McManus was instrumental in restructuring during significant business transitions. Additional roles at Serco Integrated Services and Gateway Computers provided extensive experience in change management, employee relations, and policy implementation. McManus holds an MBA from University College Dublin and has professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Dublin City University.
