Thomas Rohrbeck has extensive experience in the additive manufacturing industry. Thomas began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Helisys from 1992 to 1996. Thomas then worked as a District Sales Manager at Stratasys from 1997 to 2001. Thomas joined 3D Systems in 2000 and served as the National Sales Manager, overseeing the sales of SLA and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technologies. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Objet Geometries, where they started as a sales representative and later became the Midwestern and Canadian Channel Manager, responsible for managing and supporting the network of resellers and dealers.
In 2013, Thomas joined Fisher Unitech as a Regional Sales Manager, leading a team of five in selling Stratasys 3D printers. Thomas then joined Graphics Systems-GSC in 2015, first as a Sales Manager for their 3D Printing Division, and later as the Director of Additive Manufacturing. In 2018, they became the VP of Sales - Americas at Farsoon Technologies, a leading manufacturer of powder-based SLS additive manufacturing systems.
Most recently, Thomas has been involved with Nota3D and Nota3D Solutions. Thomas started as the VP of Sales for Nota3D Solutions in May 2019 and was promoted to Vice President at Nota3D. Their role involves selling and supporting various 3D printing technologies and products, including SLA, SLS, MJP, DLP, and CJP systems, as well as the Desktop Metal 3D Printers for metal applications. Their tenure at Nota3D is ongoing.
Thomas Rohrbeck attended Macomb Community College from 1974 to 1976, studying Engineering. Thomas then attended Western Michigan University from 1976 to 1980, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
