Allison Grayce Marshall

Allison Grayce Marshall has extensive work experience in the field of design and product development. Allison Grayce is the Co-Founder and CDO of Notably, a company that combines AI with qualitative data to make better decisions. Allison Grayce is responsible for fundraising and hiring engineers for the company. Prior to this, Allison worked as a UX Architect at CapTech Consulting from October 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Founder of UX Frameworks, a resource for designers that later evolved into Notably. From 2018 to 2020, Allison served as an Interaction Designer at TEAGUE, where they worked on various aspects of the user-centered design process for clients such as Amazon, GE, and Starbucks. Allison Grayce also held the position of Senior UX Designer at Starbucks, where they led the design of a new product for store managers and crew. In addition, Allison has experience as the Head of Design at Lightning AI, Co-Founder of Roadmap, and Product Designer at Redgate Software. Allison Grayce has also worked as a Visual Designer at Basecamp and Lead Product Designer at JobHive.
