Maksim Malyshev

Maksim Malyshev is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital agency management, currently serving as the CEO of Notamedia since May 2013. Under Maksim's leadership, Notamedia has become a leading provider of custom web and mobile development for significant commercial and state clients in Russia. Previously, as Head Of Project Management Office, Maksim implemented Agile and Scrum methodologies, automated production activities, and ensured a stable profitability level exceeding 20%. Prior to Notamedia, Maksim held the position of Projects Manager/CTO at inXL, where significant contributions included building a full-service web development team and developing key digital platforms. Maksim holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the National Institute of Business.
