Tye Hernandez

Tye Hernandez is an Associate at Notch Partners, focusing on assembling customized talent ecosystems for private equity firms. Previously, Tye served as an Economics Researcher at Occidental College, contributing to research on aviation, climate change, and sustainability, and held roles including Tour Guide and Urban Economics Teaching Assistant. Tye's experience also includes directing outreach for social emotional learning programs at Resilience, Inc., and completing a Creative Outreach internship at the Center for Intersectional Media + Entertainment. Additional roles include a fellowship with the Gil Cisneros Re-Election campaign, an intern position at CHIRLA, and coaching soccer at Launch Sports. Tye holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Occidental College.
