Yue Zhang-Wong

Yue Zhang-Wong is a Senior Research Associate at Notch Therapeutics since April 2023, specializing in CRISPR-based cell editing protocols for iPSC-derived T Cells, among other techniques. Previously, Yue worked as a Research Associate III in Immuno-Oncology at Neoleukin Therapeutics, focusing on protein expression patterns and cytokine assays. Prior experience includes a role as Research Scientist II at Seattle Children's, conducting T cell exhaustion assays and Next Generation Sequencing experiments. Academic training includes a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Zhejiang University. Early research experience involved projects related to gene functions in regeneration and nanoparticle interactions at Zhejiang University. Additionally, Yue has experience as a Teaching Assistant in subjects related to nanotechnology and introductory biology.
