Francisco Clavero

Francisco Clavero is a skilled machine learning professional with a robust background in AI applications for food science and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Machine Learning Team Leader at NotCo since June 2020, Francisco developed the world's first foundational model for flavor and fragrance, significantly enhancing the speed of fragrance development. With two issued patents for applied AI in food science, Francisco also functions as the lead cloud architect and has successfully implemented various AI models, providing key insights for product innovation. Prior to NotCo, Francisco worked at Entel, where a churn prediction model improved client retention, and at AFP Cuprum, developing NLP models for investment strategies. Additionally, Francisco has experience in software engineering and academia, contributing to various projects and teaching responsibilities at Universidad de los Andes. Francisco holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
