Louise McKerrow has a diverse work experience in marketing and branding. Louise is currently a Vice President of Global Marketing at NotCo since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Mercado Libre as a Senior Director of Branding from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for building Mercado Libre into the most valuable brand in Latin America. Before that, they held the role of Director of Branding at Mercado Libre from 2018 to 2021.

From 2017 to 2018, Louise worked at THINK Y as a Director of Digital Marketing Strategic Planning, leading the strategic planning and brand strategy for various consumer product brands. Louise also has extensive experience at Diageo, where they held multiple roles from 2003 to 2016. These roles include Gins & Pimm's Marketing Director, Europe; Marketing Director, Smirnoff Western Europe; Marketing Manager, Baileys Western Europe; and Marketing Manager, Baileys, Bells & Bushmills UK.

Additionally, Louise served as the Global Brand Director for Smirnoff Black at Diageo, focusing on Latin America, Europe, and China from 2007 to 2008. Louise started their career at Diageo as an Associate Brand Manager, working on Baileys and Godiva Liqueurs in North America. Overall, Louise McKerrow has a strong background in marketing and branding, with a focus on building valuable and inclusive brands.

Louise McKerrow completed their undergraduate education at the University of Cambridge from 1993 to 1996, earning an MA degree in Law. Louise then pursued their postgraduate studies at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2001 to 2003, obtaining an MBA degree in General Management with a Marketing Speciality.
