Sarah Chau

Sarah Chau is an experienced food science professional with a strong background in food technology and research. Currently serving as a Senior Pilot Plant Analyst at NotCo since February 2023, Sarah previously held positions as a Senior Research Associate at Climax Foods and Food Technologist at Ripple Foods and Dairy Queen. Sarah started career in food technology and research in 2019, supporting the R&D Department at Jack Link's Protein Snacks as a Pilot Plant Technician. In addition to food industry roles, Sarah has experience in coaching, having been the Head Cheer Coach at Woodbury Senior High School and a Soccer Coach for Soccer Shots Franchising. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, earned in 2017.
