Head of Customer Success at Notion

Emma Auscher is the current Head of Customer Success at Notion. Prior to their current role, Emma served as the Director of Self-Service Growth & Customer Experience at Lob from March 2019 to April 2021. In this role, Emma was responsible for Lob's SMBs GTM & Growth, Implementation, Onboarding, Engagement, Retention, and Graduation programs. Emma also oversaw the company's CX programs and VoC.

From March 2017 to October 2018, Emma served as the Head of Corporate Client Services at Quintessentially. In this role, they led a team of People Managers, Account Managers, Ops & Project Managers overseeing 120+ staff across 3 locations. Emma was responsible for Quintessentially's corporate client services, which included a multilingual 24x7 call center. During their time at Quintessentially, Emma successfully restructured the Hong Kong division to meet growth needs and reduce customer complaint escalations. Emma also implemented and launched a VoC program globally.

Emma has a proven track record in successfully leading customer success initiatives that result in increased retention and growth. Emma is an expert in developing and implementing customer experience programs that deliver results.

Emma Auscher has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ecole d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Alexandre Dumas in the Management, Marketing in the Hospitality Industry field. Emma also has a law degree from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III).

Emma Auscher reports to Olivia Nottebohm, GTM Lead. Emma Auscher works with Ha Nguyen - Head of Demand Generation, Kevin Tan - Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, and Robbie O'Connor - General Manager, EMEA.
