Jean-Charles NEEL has a diverse work experience in the fields of biotechnology and scientific research. At McGill University, they worked as a Doctorate Researcher and Assistant Researcher, focusing on microRNA involvement in breast cancer development and parthenogenetic cloning in a swine model, respectively.

Jean-Charles NEEL has a BSc in an unspecified field of study from Janson de Sailly, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Jean-Charles then pursued an MSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from AgroParisTech, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. In 2003 to 2005, they also pursued an MSc in Health Sciences - Biochemistry from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers.
