Justin Healey

Justin Healey serves as the Manager of the Project Management Office and Project Manager at NoTraffic since November 2021, contributing to the development of the world's first autonomous traffic management platform aimed at optimizing traffic flow and enhancing mobility in cities. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Navjoy Inc. from January 2016 to November 2021, where Justin planned and executed various technical projects, managed stakeholders, and drove company growth as part of the executive team. Prior roles also included Technical Project Coordinator at Navjoy Inc., where Justin led multi-agency meetings and analyzed traffic data, and Environmental Specialist at Aarcher, Inc., focusing on safety and environmental audits. Justin's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
