Shay Glikman

Shay Glikman is an experienced engineering and management professional currently serving as the Director of HW Engineering at NoTraffic since May 2019. Previous roles include Technologies Manager at HOMI Innovative Hospitality Solutions, where production management and supply-chain oversight were key responsibilities. As Program Manager for Medical Devices at Head-Start from 2012 to 2017, Shay led product strategy and operations, including regulatory compliance and subcontractor management. Earlier positions involved project and product management at COMTEL ISRAEL, where full NPI cycles were managed, and engineering responsibilities were undertaken. Shay’s career began as a Presales Engineer and R&D H/W Engineer at Orckit, followed by a role as Marketing and Sales Manager at Elspec ltd., managing global distribution and support. Shay holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and has pursued advanced project management at the Technion and an ongoing legal education at Harvard Law School.
