Administrative Coordinator at Notre Dame College

Monica Bruck has been an administrative coordinator at Notre Dame College since August 2011. Prior to that, they were an administrative assistant for the dean of the Department of Education at John Carroll University from March 2011 to August 2011. In that role, they were responsible for supporting the daily functions of the office, including but not limited to organizing office meetings, providing assistance to faculty, electronic and paper filing, faxing, maintenance of work order requisition forms and other paperwork such as syllabi, resumes and other records that pertain to the Education Department. Monica also created and analyzed department budgets.

In addition, Monica prepared contracts for instructors and supervisors, generated check requests for cooperating teacher payments, reconciled travel and mileage for faculty and supervisors (p-cards), prepared travel budgets, set up summer course schedules for adjunct instructors and prepared yearly course schedules through our website. Monica was also responsible for coordinating the Education Awards Banquet (for approximately 150 people) and assisted in the process of implementing, coordinating and facilitating comprehensive exams. Finally, they utilized Banner to address all items of a fiscal matter.

Monica Bruck has a bachelors degree in marketing and management from Arizona State University.
