Steven Sabo

Steven Sabo is currently a Senior Advisor at Notre Dame College. Steven has previously worked as an Interim Student Success Specialist at Cuyahoga Community College and as a Residence Life and Academic Initiatives Intern at Kent State University.

In their role as Interim Student Success Specialist, Steven supervised a staff of approximately 15 student workers who served as Student Ambassadors and Peer Assistance in Math Mentors. Steven also coordinated and managed numerous student success events, including New Student Convocation and Student Success Week. In addition, they advised new students to the college on enrollment and tuition requirements.

As a Residence Life and Academic Initiatives Intern at Kent State University, Steven designed an academic initiative training presentation for staff to use during resident advisor and front desk staff training sessions. Steven also implemented academic resource binders for housing front desk staff, redesigned and updated the employee academic resource guide, created advertisements promoting upcoming academic workshops, and designed the computer wallpaper to be used on all housing computer labs.

Steven Sabo has a Master of Education from Baldwin Wallace University in Leadership in Higher Education. Steven also has a Bachelor of Arts from Shawnee State University in Psychology. Lastly, they have an Associate's degree from Shawnee State University in Business Management Technology.

Steven Sabo works with Sriram Kasturi - Instructor & Lab Coordinator, Debra Dacone - Assistant Professor, and Tom Meeks - Director, Physical Plant. Steven Sabo reports to J. Michael Pressimone, College President.
