Jim Dennis

Jim Dennis has extensive experience in property management and maintenance, currently serving as the Operational Manager at Nottingham Community Housing Association since February 2023, overseeing planned capital and cyclical programmes to enhance tenant services. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at Nottingham City Homes for nearly 19 years, including Void Property Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team for maintenance across over 1,450 properties, and Interim Head of Voids, managing significant capital and revenue budgets.
