Mayo Adetujoye has a diverse range of work experience. They started as a Head Girl at Withington Girls' School, where they represented the school and developed leadership and teamwork skills. They then went on to participate in various programs and events related to finance and investment banking, including spring insight programs at RBC, Rothschild & Co, and Lazard. They also participated in the Winning Women Programme at J.P. Morgan and the Bloomberg Workshop and Networking event. At UBS, they were rewarded for exceptional contributions during the Spring Insight Programme. They held leadership positions at Nottingham Economics & Finance Society, serving as President and in the Women in Finance group. Mayo also worked as a Partner at Huzzle, and currently serves as a Campus Ambassador for Lazard where they promote opportunities and support prospective applicants.
