Conor Quinn

Conor Quinn is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Nottingham Forest Football Club since December 2023. In this role, Conor manages the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate management, workforce planning, and onboarding for various positions within the Club, Academy, and First Team Operations. Previously, Conor held multiple roles at Lorien, including Resourcing Consultant for Data & Analytics at NatWest, where a significant increase in permanent headcount was achieved, and Talent Acquisition Manager at KPMG, leading a team to deliver record hires. Conor's career began as a Technology Recruitment Consultant at Asda and as a Graduate Process Manager. Conor holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Sport, and Education from Nottingham Trent University and completed education at St Mary's Christian Brothers Grammar School.
