Duminda Rajasinghe

Duminda Rajasinghe is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of Human Resource Management and Organisational Studies, currently serving as Chair of the External Relationship Committee and Co-lead of the Coaching and Mentoring Stream at the University Forum of Human Resource Development since February 2024. With a strong background in teaching, Duminda holds the position of Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University since September 2021, having previously served in similar roles at the University of Northampton and York St. John University. Duminda's professional journey includes significant experience in human resources, including roles at Hirdaramani Group and Pership Group, as well as market research and analysis at Ellis Patents. With an impressive academic background, Duminda earned a PhD in Leadership Development and Coaching from the University of Leeds, complemented by a Master's in Leadership and Management and a degree in Human Resource Management from various institutions.
