Melvin Kenyon is an experienced professional with a strong background in governance and oversight within local councils and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Person for multiple councils, including Stroud District Council and Cotswold District Council, Melvin has been active in investigating grievances related to local councillor conduct since 2023. Additionally, as a Director of KENYON BRABROOK LTD since 2013, Melvin focuses on complaints investigations. With a long-standing role as a Non-Executive Board Member for Jigsaw Homes Group and a member of Nottingham Trent University's Audit and Risk Committee, Melvin brings specialized expertise in Information Technology and risk management. Melvin's commitment to community service is further exemplified through trusteeship at The James Farmer & Lemmoin - Cannon Charity and past leadership roles at Ongo and L.E.A.D. Academy Trust.
