Sarah Gregory

Sarah is an HR Director at the BBC and has previously worked in a variety of HR and business improvement roles across retail, financial services, and tech industries. Sarah is a BBC Executive Coach and a Fellow of the CIPD.

Sarah has a first-class BSc in Physiology. She is also an alumna of Nottingham Trent University, graduating with an MSc in Management from Nottingham Business School. In October 2020 Sarah began her doctoral degree at Nottingham Trent University exploring social mobility and career progression.
