Roberto Gagliardi

Roberto Gagliardi is an accomplished football executive currently serving as the Director of Football at Notts County Football Club since May 2025. Previously, Gagliardi held significant positions including Head of Recruitment and Board Member at Göztepe Spor Kulübü, and Head of Business Development at Sport Republic, a London-based investment firm in the sports and entertainment industry. Additional experience includes leading football operations and recruitment strategies at Portsmouth Football Club, as well as roles at Bolton Wanderers, Leyton Orient, and Welling United. Gagliardi’s career began as an international scout with A.C. ChievoVerona, and includes a foundational education at Università degli Studi di Perugia from 1996 to 2003.
